1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Judd Racing. By accessing or using our website, you agree to these terms.

2. Ordering

When you place an order on our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Pricing and Availability

All prices are in GBP and are subject to change without notice. We strive to ensure the accuracy of product availability but cannot guarantee it. If a product is unavailable after you have placed an order, we will notify you and provide a full refund or alternative options.

4. Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. All transactions are processed securely.

5. Shipping

We offer various shipping options, and the cost will be calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors.

6. Returns and Refunds

Cancelling or Returning an Order:

  • You have the right to cancel any order within 14 days or return any items up to 30 days of receipt.
  • If goods are damaged or faulty upon receipt, you have 30 days to return them to Judd Racing HQ.


How to Return an Order:

  • All returned goods must be sent back by recorded delivery, unused, and in the original packaging within 30 days of invoice for a replacement or refund.
  • Address returns to: Judd Racing, Unit 3, White City Trading Estate, Little Tennis St, Nottingham, NG2 4EL, England.
  • Include the original order number, your name, and the reason for return inside the parcel.


Return Costs:

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning any items for a refund.
  • If your item is defective, broken, or faulty and is returned within 30 days, we will refund the P&P costs up to a maximum of £10.


International Orders:

  • Judd Racing will not be responsible for any customs charges on returned orders. Any fees incurred will be deducted from any refund.


Exceptions:

  • Special Order cancellations will incur a 50% restocking charge.
  • Personalized, engraved orders, or items manufactured specifically for the customer cannot be cancelled once they have been manufactured or have begun to be manufactured.


Refund Time:

  • You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), processing time (3 to 5 business days), and the bank’s processing time (5 to 10 business days).


7. International Orders

All international orders are sent via DHL, or Royal Mail. Import duty or taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. We cannot be responsible if your order is held by customs or for how long it is held. Any parcels returned to us due to the customer refusing to pay local duty will be refunded less any fees, duties, or charges payable to get the items back to us. The refund will be processed within 14 days of the return date by the courier.

8. Damaged Goods

We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery by our carriers, only for the value of the lost goods. Please inspect the contents of parcels before signing for them, as any damaged items will not be covered once signed for.

9. Parcel Forwarding Companies

We do not deliver to Parcel Forwarding Companies. Any order containing a Parcel Forwarding Company’s address will be cancelled due to fraud prevention.

10. Price Match

Our price match offer is for items sold in the UK by UK mainland-based businesses only, offering the exact same product with the exact same service, and is on a case-by-case basis. Price matching is only for before an item is purchased, not after purchase. It is only for items we physically have in stock in our warehouse. Note: The Judd Racing Loyalty Rewards Scheme is not applicable with Price Match offers.

We will usually respond to your complaint within three working days but if we can’t then we’ll write to acknowledge your complaint and tell you what happens next.
We’ll keep you informed of our investigation into your complaint and provide a final response within eight weeks.
If you are not happy with our final response, or if we have been unable to resolve your complaint within eight weeks, you may have the right to refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service:
