WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS?

You have a variety of options with regards to delivery, we use a large network of couriers to make sure our customers are receiving their orders when they expect them! Here you can find out more about the delivery services we offer:

Next Day Delivery excludes UK Highlands, Offshore Islands, Northern Ireland & Channel Islands. Next Day delivery is subject to stock, courier availability & courier area. Orders placed after 1pm, over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed the next working day. Cost is reliant on order size & weight.

HOW DOES YOUR NEXT DAY DELIVERY SERVICE WORK?

Orders placed before 1pm Monday-Thursday will be delivered the next working day (Monday-Friday). Orders placed during a weekend will be processed the next working day (usually Monday) and delivered the following day (Tuesday).

HOW DOES YOUR EXPRESS DELIVERY SERVICE WORK?

Delivery takes between 2 - 4 working days from the moment you submit your order. Delivery is Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

HOW DOES YOUR FREE DELIVERY SERVICE WORK?

Delivery is free and takes typically between 5 - 7 working days from the moment you submit you order. Delivery is Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT

All orders sent via courier require a signature. If you choose to have the package left without a signature, you assume all responsibility and liability for any loss or misplacement.

DISPATCH TIMES

Orders placed before 1pm (GMT): Dispatched the same day (Monday to Friday), unless out of stock. You'll be contacted via email if there are delays.

Bank Holidays/Weekends: Orders are dispatched on the next working day.

FREE SHIPPING OFFERS

UK Mainland: Free shipping on orders over £100 (3-7 days Royal Mail tracked service). Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and parts of Scotland: Free shipping on orders over £150 (3-7 days Royal Mail tracked service).

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS AND CHARGES

Scottish Highlands & Islands: Orders over £150 qualify for free shipping, with certain postal codes subject to additional charges.

Other Areas: Additional shipping costs apply for non-mainland destinations. You will be notified of any extra charges before your order is processed.

We prefer delivering to business addresses due to signature requirements. If you opt for delivery to a safe place or neighbor, we are not liable for any loss or theft.

CUSTOMER SERVICE COMMITMENT

We aim for complete customer satisfaction with every purchase. Most products are in stock and ready for dispatch. Orders placed before 1pm are typically dispatched the same day.

REPORTING NON-DELIVERY

UK Domestic deliveries: Allow seven working days from the expected delivery time.

International deliveries: Allow fourteen working days from the expected delivery time.

IMPORT CHARGES

Customers are responsible for any import charges. Refused orders will incur return shipping charges.
