Judd Racing are proud to offer our latest KTM 50sx, Husqvarna TC50 Bolt on Performance Upgrade Kit.

We have developed this kit following a number of requests from customers seeking advice on what can be done to improve the power of a stock KTM 50SX/ Husqvarna TC50.

This Kit is an excellent bolt on starting package carefully selected for enhancing the engine performance of the stock KTM 50SX & Husqvarna TC50 to give you that extra Judd Racing Winning Edge.

As a result of many hours on the Dyno this kit can improve the top end performance by approx. 22%!! (See Dyno graph below)

The Kit will fit all KTM 50SX 2009-2020, Husqvarna TC50 Models 2017 - 2019 

Package consists of:

 
*EHR HGS Front Pipe KTM 50, TC50 2009-2015 or 2016 Onwards
   Special EHR/HGS Bend. 

*HGS Orange Silencer KTM 50, TC50 2009-2019
   HGS Orange High Quality silencer.

*Judd Race Cylinder Head KTM 50, Husqvarna TC50
   Optimum Cooling and provides a slightly higher compression ratio.

*EHR Racing Piston KTM SX 50 2009 On, TC50 2017> (Sizes A/B C/D E/F Available)
  Always fitted to EHR Blueprint tuned engines. Special Graphite coating made Exclusively for EHR Tuning.

*Small End Bearing SX50, TC50
   Always recommended when replacing the piston
 
*Gasket Kit Top KTM 50, TC50 2009-2019
   Includes two Exhaust O'rings

*21mm Dellorto Race Carb KTM 50, TC 50 (Includes Recommended Jet for the kit)
   Extra top end performance and easier maintenance
 
*Judd Orange Float Bowl KTM 50, Husqvarna TC50
   Eliminates bogging when landing. Oversized extra 25% volume + Main jet access plug.
 
*Float Bowl Gasket
   Provides the perfect seal for the float bowl
 

 


Once fitted this will give you an excellent upgrade over standard original equipment and create a future basis for Judd Racing Blueprint 'Stage' tuning.
