Vertex Piston Kit for Kawasaki KX 85, 2001-2013

Sizes A, B, C and D 2001 - 2013

• Kits are cast aluminum alloy (not forged) with an 18-20% silicone content, which produces a light but strong piston. Piston skirts are Bisulphide-coated for faster break-in time and increased piston life. All pistons are heat-treated with a T-5 hardening and tempering cycle
• Standard pistons and components are O.E.M. replacements
• Most Vertex pistons are made for standard size cylinder only, 
• Kits include piston, twin rings, piston pin (wrist pin) and circlips

 

If you have a newer 2014 onwards Kawasaki KX85, then you will need the NEW single ring Vertex Piston - KX85 2014> Vertex Piston

TECH TIP:  It is wise to change the Small End bearing when changing the Piston and you may require a Top End Gasket Kit
